FAQ

What is beta testing?

Beta testing is an early access phase where you can use the app before its public release. It’s an opportunity to explore new features, report any issues, and share your thoughts on how we can improve.

Will I lose access to my stash after beta testing ends?

No! Your stash and all your data will remain intact. Even after the beta phase, you can continue using Sewjo by subscribing. Beta testers will receive free access to Sewjo for a full year as a thank-you for their participation.

Can I download or export my stash?

Yes, we plan to include an export option so you can download your stash as a file for your records. This ensures that all the work you’ve put into organizing your stash is safe and accessible.

Do I need technical skills to participate?

Not at all! Sewjo is designed to be user-friendly. We simply ask you to use the app as you normally would and let us know if you encounter any issues.

How often do I need to use the app during beta testing?

There’s no strict requirement, but we recommend using it at least once a week to explore the features and share feedback. The more you use the app, the more helpful your insights will be!

Will I get updates about changes or improvements?

Absolutely! We’ll send regular updates to keep you informed about new features, fixes, and upcoming improvements based on your feedback.

Can I invite friends to beta test Sewjo?

Beta testing spots are limited, but you can encourage your friends to sign up using the application form. If spots are available, we’ll reach out to them.

How will my feedback be used?

Your feedback is invaluable. It will help us refine the app’s features, fix bugs, and create a better experience for all Sewjo users.

What happens if I find a bug or issue?

You can report bugs using the in-app feedback form. It’s easy to use and allows you to include screenshots and notes. Your reports will help us fix problems and improve the app.

What if I decide I no longer want to participate?

You can stop using the app at any time. However, we’d love to hear why so we can improve for future users.
